Bioworld Consulting Laboratories ImmunoBooster buffers (Patent Pending) reduces the time of traditional Immunoassays from hours to minutes. Separate buffers are available, optimized for ELISA, Western Blott, or Immunostaining and Immunoprecipitation.
Generally each of these assays can be processed in 20 minutes or less. The protocol is simple; just replace your old antibody or antigen diluent with the corresponding ImmunoBooster buffer and follow the incubation times (5 or 10 minutes) in the protocol.
Works with mouse, rabbit, human and other antibodies. The antibody can be either unlabeled or labeled with any type of enzyme or fluorescence tag. It also works with protein A or G and with avidin-biotin system.Sensitivity generally two to eight fold higher than the regular ELISA or Western blott.
