ImmunoBooster (Rapid Immunoassay buffer)

Bioworld Consulting Laboratories ImmunoBooster buffers (Patent Pending) reduces the time of traditional Immunoassays from hours to minutes. Separate buffer is available and optimized for ELISA, Western Blott, Immunostaining and Immunoprecipitation.

Generally each of these assays can be processed in 20 minutes or less. The protocol is simple; just replace your old antibody or antigen diluent with the corresponding ImmunoBooster buffer and follow the incubation times (5 or 10 minutes) in the protocol.

Works with mouse, rabbit, human and other antibodies. The antibody can be either unlabeled or labeled with any type of enzyme or fluorescence tag. It also works with protein A or G and with avidin-biotin system.Sensitivity generally two to eight fold higher than the regular ELISA or Western blott.

500 ml buffer is enough for 25 ELISA plates in the indirect (two step) ELISA. Incubation times are 10 minutes with the primary antibody  or antigen (if antigen capture assay is done) and 10 minutes with the secondary antibody (IBE25).

ImmunoBooster for Western Blots (500 ml)

500 ml of buffer is enough for 50 miniblots (10 cm x 10 cm). Western blot incubation times are 10 minutes with primary antibody and 10 minutes with the secondary labeled antibody.

Works with nitrocellulosa and PVDF membranes (RWA500).

ImmunoBooster for Hybridoma Screening (250 ml)

250 ml buffer is enough for 25 ELISA plates used in hybridoma supernatant screening. Incubation times are 5 minutes with the primary antibody and 5 minutes with the secondary antibody (HSIB50).
