Detection of Herpes Simplex Virus in a lung tissue from an AIDS patient using anti-HSV thymidine kinase (HSV TK) monoclonal antibody (Cat#: HS-TK-0280) and and anti-mouse IgG labeled with HRP. Developed with DAB stain and green counter stain.
Formaldehyde fixed tissue was used after antigen retrieval.
