B 95-8 cell line induced with TPA then stained with monoclonal antibody to EBV Bam HI Z (ZEBRA) protein. Antibody (Cat#: E-AEZ-04) was used at 1/2,000 dilution followed by anti-mouse IgG-FITC at 1/100 dilution.

HR-1 cell line induced with TPA for 72 hours then cells were stained live with monoclonal antibody to gp 110 (Cat#: E-EG-P202). The viral envelop protein gp 110 is expressed on the cell surface.
