How to Order
Customers in the continental US and Canada can order our products either direct online using Credit Cards or Purchase orders or by fax or phone. The shipping cost is added to the orders online.
Customers can also order some of our products via VWR International or Fisher Scientifics
Customers in other countries can order by online or fax and the actual shipping cost will be added to invoice or they can supply us with the account number of their own shipping company for transportation. It is recommended that customers contact us for the cost of shipping because it could be ranging between 60-120 dollars depending on the country of destination.
To ensure prompt shipment and efficient service, please include with each purchase order:
1. Purchase Order Number
2. Shipping Address
3. Billing Address
4. Product Name, Catalogue Number, Quantity
5. Contact Name, Phone, and Fax Number
However we will always contact the customers from these countries for acceptance of shipping charges before sending the products.
