Bioworld Consulting Laboratories, LLC is a privately owned biotech company with main interest in development of monoclonal antibodies and reagents for infectious agents. Bioworld Consulting Laboratories has extensive collaborations with prominent academic centers and involved as consultant with biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. By leveraging our expertise in high quality antibody and antigen production, BCL intends to enter the antibody market and create sustainable value through new product development and commercialization.

What BCL Does

We have a high throughput antibody production system, which allows single clone isolation of antibody producing hybridomas 3-4 days after fusion.

Using proprietary immunological methods we can perform ELISA, western blot or histochemical analyses in less than 15 minutes, with sensitivity same or better than the corresponding regular immunological assays.

Using a new nucleic acid amplification and detection method we are able to detect single copy genes in vitro or in situ (in tissues, cells or metaphase chromosomes) in less than one hour.

Research and Development

The Research and Development at BCL is directed toward development of new monoclonal antibodies and immunoassays for detection of viral infectious agents.

Recombinant proteins and native proteins purified from infectious agents are used for both monoclonal antibody development and development of rapid and sensitive immunoassays.

The company also have a technology development area for commercialization of the BCL's in house utilized rapid ELISA (10 minutes assay), western blot technology and nucleicacid amplification method for commercialization.

Why Choose BCL

BCL offers a unique complete monoclonal antibody experience for our customer that is different from traditional custom production companies and laboratories.

BCL has 20 years experience in development of immunological reagents for the scientific community. Recently we introduced our new proprietary technique, which allows us, in most cases, to produce monoclonal hybridomas 8 to 10 weeks after the first immunization. By using our services, you can save several months of valuable research time compared to the traditional hybridoma developments, which may take 3-6 months.

We have also incorporated numerous automation systems into our production line, which significantly increased our efficiency.
